Arohan International Preschool – Cambridge Early Years Curriculum

At Arohan International Preschool, an IIT & IIM initiative, we follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, designed to provide a play-based, inquiry-driven, and holistic learning experience for children aged 3 to 6 years. Our curriculum nurtures curiosity, creativity, and confidence (CCC) and ensures a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Little Explorers /Foundation Stage 1 (3-4 years)

Focus: Exploration, Sensory Play, and Social Development

Key Learning Areas

Language & Communication: Phonics, storytelling, listening games, and rhymes
Numeracy & Logical Thinking: Recognizing numbers, counting to 10, identifying shapes and colors.
Motor Skills Development: Hand-eye coordination, fine motor activities (scribbling, stacking), and movement games.
Social & Emotional Growth: Sharing, teamwork, understanding emotions, and building self-confidence.
Creative Expression: Art, music, dance, role-playing, and storytelling.
Nature & Environmental Awareness: Hands-on sensory activities, gardening, and themed nature explorations.
